Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at thecatholicblacksmith@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, including returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
If the item arrived damaged or defective, or we made an error with your order, The Catholic Blacksmith will work with you to make it right and will cover appropriate return or replacement shipping costs.
Custom and Personalized Items
Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for the customer, custom, personalized, and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
However, if a custom or personalized item arrives damaged or defective, or if we made an error in fulfilling your order, please contact us so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products, personalized items, and special orders, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective or we made an error with the order.
Please contact us if you have questions about whether your particular item is eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you would like a different standard, non-custom item, please contact us first regarding the return. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days as provided by applicable law. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any exceptions required or permitted by applicable law will apply.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable for standard returns unless the return is due to an error by The Catholic Blacksmith, a defective item, or an item that arrived damaged.
